Duggan (a pioneer citizen and former mayor of Edmonton's early rival, the City of Strathcona), Duggan reflects the popular design elements of the 1960s. Apartments and shops are located along major roadways and near the central school and park sites. Single detached houses are grouped around the centre and arranged along curvilinear streets.
