The Westview Village area was formerly part of Parkland County, but was annexed to the City of Edmonton in 1982. The neighbourhood has an active community league and a community hall facility is located along Winterburn road.
Explore how Westview Village fits on the map: the gold fill is the boundary in effect for the selected time period, dashed outlines show every earlier superseded shape from prior eras, red pins are linked structures built in that era, and purple pins are sites. Use the time period buttons below the map to explore the neighbourhood over time. Boundary history is documented in Stories.
A stormwater management lake is located in the southeast corner of the neighbourhood which provides residents with some open space. Additionally, several smaller parks are interspersed through the community. Civic ward: Nakota Isga. District: West Henday. City boundary records effective 1981-10-01.
