Bounded by the green spaces of the river valley and Gold Bar Ravine, Capilano features beautifully landscaped 1950s-era homes, tree-lined streets and two attractive parks named for prominent early Edmontonians. Capilano is a stable community of mostly older residents; more than 70 percent of households do not have children.
