One of the City's newest neighbourhoods, development in Keheewin began in the 1990s. Keheewin -- Cree for "eagle" -- lies in the City's south end.
The area is characterised by a mix of residential and commercial uses. Though not yet fully developed, Keheewin has an elementary school to serve the high number of young children living here and Heritage Mall is close by. Civic ward: Ipiihkoohkanipiaohtsi.
