Named to reflect Edmonton's ethnic diversity, Lago Lindo is Spanish for"pretty lake", and contains two lakes named for communities in Spain. Educational and recreational facilities lie in the heart of the district, and attractive pathways promote pedestrian and bicycle travel throughout Lago Lindo.
